Vendor / Sponsor FAQ's & Info

Indoor or Outdoor? - We plan on the vendors being inside (limited number of spots available) at Logan County Fairgrounds Education building.  Outside spots are reserved for Food Trucks or other vendors who will need to provide their own tables and pop-up canopy. 

Vendor set up time? - Logan County Fairgrounds Education building will be open and available for Vendors ONLY at 7am. Set-up should be completed by 9 am.

Closed venue to event only or open to entire public? - All Geocaching events are open to the Public

Electricity??? Extension cords/power strips? - Electricity is available in the Education building, please come prepared with your own extension cords and power strips.

Signs or banners? - Most of the walls in the Education building are covered with pegboard so you can hang any signs or banners from the pegboard. Vendors are responsible for any damage occurring from hanging signs or banners. 

WiFi available? - Yes, public WiFi is available at Logan County Fairgrounds Education building. Vendors should plan to have cell connectivity as a back-up as needed for non-cash purchases.

Vendor booth space/tables? - Vendors should plan to bring their own tables or set up, however we will have a limited number of tables. Please review the sponsorship levels for size allotments.

Popup Canopy allowed? - Frames only, no canopys inside, outside only.

Expected attendance numbers? - 300 - 500+ geocachers over the course of the day.

Restrooms available? - Yes, onsite in the Education building.
